Spin-Strength-Yoga (Spenga) – We are the first Spenga studio in the DC area. We are a Chicago-based franchise. We offer a 60 minute workout that combines 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of yoga putting emphasis on the three pillars of fitness – cardio – strength – flexibility.
Every day is a different focus on the strength training – could be kettlebells, bosu, weights, etc. We are group fitness program and we are open every day and have sessions throughout the day.
