Describe your business

Business and employment law firm. We offer business formation, litigation, contract renewals, counseling, policies and employee and business handbooks.

Where are you originally from?

California

What made you decide to open this business?

I wanted to offer an alternative to the typical business and employment law firm.

How did you get started?

I was working for a large law firm and wanted to start my own business so I had better control of my time. I had just had my second child and it was important for me to be able to be around for her.

Why did you choose this profession?

I honestly really wanted to help people.

What drives you to do what you do? What motivates you?

Helping people. Making compliance easier. Educating people and businesses.

What is something most people don't know about the business?

Kellie and I worked together 10 years ago and the dream to start a firm was a burning desire.

What would your customers say they love most about your business?

We understand priorities for business owners. We help to make compliance easy and we 're committed to educating people about their businesses. We're responsive, efficient, and most of all, we're fun!

What were the factors that made you choose this neighborhood?

We started our business in Arlington about 10 years ago. We moved to Fairfax City to be close to the Fairfax circuit court where we conduct most of our business.

What do you love most about the neighborhood?

I love Arlington for all the wonderful experiences it offers. Great neighborhoods, restaurants, shopping, parks and recreations and culture.

What else do you do besides work?

I have a husband and two little girls. We spend a lot of time together and we love exploring the area and going on adventrues.
