About Juli

I am a Philadelphia transplant who has called Arlington my home since 1989. Juli comes from a family that stressed a strong work ethic: if you made a commitment, then you honored that commitment.

 

Before embarking on my real estate career, I owned and operated a successful catering business, Juli Lieberman Fine Catering, which won the 2000 Small Business of the Year Award from the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. I also opened a local restaurant, Café Café, in Arlington. Café Café was reviewed and written up by The Washington Post and many local publications. I gave back to my community through my restaurant by providing weekly dinners to the local fire station. Customer service is always the major focus of my businesses, and I always strive for excellence in all my endeavors.

 

I decided I wanted her next challenge to be in real estate, so in 2010, I was asked to join a team as a buyer’s agent. I learned how to do business the right and ethical way through my mentor. After a short time with the team, I knew it was time for her to break out and launch my own real estate business. I saw the revolution of real estate coming and knew my focus was going to be web-based with an emphasis on social media. With my strong customer service ethic, I know the importance of delivering exceptional customer service to each client. Once I uncover the goals of my clients, I provide solutions that get maximum results for my clients.

 

I love the Metro DC area and am familiar with many of the local neighborhoods. In my free time, I enjoy golf and served for 6 years as the Market Leader for the Metro DC area’s Women on Course, the fastest growing national community for business professionals and lifestyle enthusiasts interested in connecting through the game of golf. I also co-chair a dog rescue fundraiser, the Bichon Bash, that raises thousands of dollars to vet and foster dogs so they can be adopted to their forever homes. My husband, Kyle, and I have fostered over 30 dogs since 2010.
