  9. Who will be doing the work?
  10. What is your availability?
  11. Can I call you with questions? When?
  12. Are there any guarantees included in the pricing estimate?
  13. Do you do more emergency or remodeling work?
  14. Do you have any references?

  1. What do the online reviews say?
  2. What does the website tell you?
  3. Are they polite on the phone?
  4. Can I get a referral from someone I know personally?
